Acceptance

By accessing panel-valleyhub.click or engaging ValleyHub Campaign Review Co., Ltd. for marketing campaign performance analysis and channel attribution reporting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and do not submit engagement requests.

Services described

Site content describes professional review, study, read-out, and workshop services. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope, timeline, and fee appear only in a written confirmation issued by ValleyHub Campaign Review Co., Ltd.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and original graphics belong to ValleyHub Campaign Review Co., Ltd. Client data and extracts remain the client’s property. Deliverables created under an engagement are licensed for the client’s internal business use unless a separate assignment is agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competing commercial reuse, or submit unlawful material. We may refuse or terminate correspondence that abuses staff or seeks to circumvent these terms.

No professional guarantee of outcomes

Campaign performance analysis interprets the materials supplied. Results depend on data quality and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific sales, ROAS, or ranking outcomes.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, ValleyHub Campaign Review Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or from decisions made solely on the basis of informational web content. Liability under a signed engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Danang, Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer protections require another venue.
