Refunds, deposits & rescheduling

Scope

These terms apply to professional engagements with ValleyHub Campaign Review Co., Ltd. for campaign performance reviews, attribution studies, media mix read-outs, and stakeholder workshops. The website does not sell physical goods or software subscriptions.

Deposits

Engagements typically require a 40% deposit to reserve analyst time. The deposit appears on the written confirmation. Work begins after the deposit clears.

Eligibility for refund

Full refund of unused fees is available if ValleyHub cancels the engagement for reasons within our control and no substitute date is offered that you can reasonably accept.

Partial refund may apply if you cancel in writing more than ten business days before the agreed kickoff and before materials intake has begun. The deposit may be retained to cover preparation already performed, up to 40% of the quoted fee.

Non-refundable items

• Fees for work already delivered (drafts, read-outs, workshop hours completed)
• Third-party room hire or travel booked at your request after written approval
• Deposits when cancellation occurs within ten business days of kickoff without a mutually agreed reschedule

Cancellation & rescheduling

You may request one reschedule of a kickoff or workshop date at no charge if notice arrives at least five business days prior. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 10% of the engagement fee. No-shows for workshops without 24-hour notice forfeit the workshop fee for that session.

Work already started

Once materials intake and reconciliation have started, fees cover completed stages on a proportional basis described in the confirmation. Unused later stages may be refunded minus the deposit retention above.

Refund process & timing

Email hello@panel-valleyhub.click with your confirmation reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Bank processing times outside ValleyHub’s control may add delay.
