Data we collect

Contact forms collect name, email, optional engagement interest, campaign window notes, and message content. During engagements we may process business contact details and campaign materials you supply. Server logs may record IP address and basic browser data for security.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver marketing campaign performance analysis and channel attribution reporting, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Contract and billing records are kept for periods required under Vietnamese accounting rules. Campaign extracts are deleted or returned according to the engagement confirmation, typically within 90 days after final delivery unless you request earlier deletion.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Vietnamese data protection rules, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, and you may object to certain processing. Send requests to hello@panel-valleyhub.click. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Vietnamese authority.

International transfers

If tools used for email or file transfer process data outside Vietnam, we select providers with appropriate safeguards and limit transfers to what the engagement requires. We will identify such tools in engagement confirmations when relevant.
